Market context

In 2018, the electronic archiving market, whose value is estimated at over €600 million , was carried by the growth of regulation and strengthening of the legal environment in Europe and France: legislative changes concerning digitisation of documents (invoices, salary slips, process management in public administration, etc.), personal data protection and localisation (GDPR, eIDAS).
According to Syntec, SMACS (Social, Mobility, Analytics, Cloud and Security) account for 28.5% of the software and services market, and will grow 14.7% in 2019. SaaS-type software (like the one developed by CDC Arkhinéo) account for 34% of turnover on the Cloud market, showing growth of 25% per year , or $50.32 billion. The Cloud market is constantly growing, and is expected to climb from $175 billion in 2018 to $278 billion in 2021.

Outlooks in 2019

In 2019, CDC Arkhinéo will boost its activities in various sectors such as healthcare. The company will also attend Paris Healthcare Week (21 to 23 May 2019). Another of its goals is to develop solutions in other countries. CDC Arkhinéo, in compliance with GDPR since 2017, will also keep investing in protecting the data in its care and boasting flawless security in the face of increasing cyberattacks.
